Pilates

Pilates is a whole-bodyworkout. Through conscious breathing, it helps improve body flexibility and strength.

Created in 1926 by Joseph Pilates, this form of exercise aims to strengthen every muscle group in the body, with a special focus on deep core muscles.

Intensity and speed of movement, which are important in other forms of exercise, do not play a role in Pilates workouts. The main indicator of exercise quality is not quantity of repetition, but the precision of movement.
